Venice Dell Community will include 140 new homes on the City-owned parking lot between North and South Venice Blvd, and Pacific and Dell Avenues.   This proposed development will provide both affordable and supportive housing, live-in property management staff, an on-site social services team, open space, micro-enterprise/small scale retail, and the new and exciting Gregory Hines Art Studio.
