The Ballona Creek is a tributary of the Los Angeles River and flows from the inner city out to the coast in Marina del Rey. As it passes through Culver City, forming the border between Culver and Los Angeles, it parallels Jefferson Boulevard. Proposed as an extension of the railroad right-of-way that defines the S.P.A.R.City project, the Bridge connects a lot at the intersection of Eastham Drive and Stellar Drive in Culver City to the intersection of Jefferson Boulevard and Corbett Street across the creek in Los Angeles. Corbett connects directly with the development along Jefferson, including Samitaur, Spraylat and (W)rapper, as well as the 5860 Jefferson tower to the south.
